Disclaimer: Sometimes I get products sent for review purposes, from now on they will be marked with an *, however noone tells me what to say and all opinions are my own. With time I will try to make some kind of a clear stamp/label thingy :)
From what I understand, there is a general stereotype, that natural skincare is either very expensive or if it is not, then it is very cheap looking and having no nourishing ingredients. and while sometimes this is the case, it is not always true. I feel like Rossi Skincare break both of those stereotypes. Not only does it look pretty on the bathroom shelf, has a luxurious feel to it, but is very affordable as well, as least for my wallet - their products range in 12 to 23GBP each and last for quite a while.
I am here to review their Cream Cleanser today. I was kind of shocked when I could barely find any reviews on their products, which is crazy, because they should be widely recognized.
See, it is so pure and so white that my camera totally freaked out..
The first thing I do when I get a new product to review, I check the ingredient list. Some brands, I won't point fingers, use the word natural as a marketing tool, even though most of them are of the synthetic origin and don't provide any benefits for your skin. I can tell you, that the ingredients on this cleanser are excellent, with rose water and hemp oil being in the first place. What you notice first, when opening a bottle, is the light herbal smell, which isn't overpowering and quite pleasant. Aliona from the Lithuanian beauty blog won't let me lie because when she found it on my bathroom shelf, she was very surprised and was determined to order it here an now.
Secondly, this is a very gentle cleanser, i don't know about you, but I don't like having separate cleansers for my eyes and other one for my face, not due to lesser products on my bathroom shelf, more so out of laziness, however this one you can safely rub into your eyes and if you happen to drop something in the process you don't need to dread opening your eyes... Please tell me I am not alone on this??
I have to admit when you are used to the foaming washes, the feeling is quite weird when you rub "cream" on your face and it is suppose to clean it. However, that something what you can overcome with time, and once you get used to it, it is a very pleasant feeling. As mentioned, cleanser has a very rich ingredients, therefore it doesn't dry out your skin and you don't need to frantically reach after moisturizer as soon as you done washing the face.
I don't feel like it is drying my face, quite the contrary, it leaves your skin refreshed and hydrated, and if you use it regularly, it leads to a bright and healthy complexion. This another product, which I highly recommend, and if you are in a search for a perfect cleanser, do give this a try!
What do you use for a cleanser? Have you ever tried a natural one and loved it? Do let me know in the comments! Have a wonderful Saturday :)
