Memebox, Vitamin Care

When you love something so much, it has to come as an exception rather than a rule, right? This is the first Memebox which I am feeling really blah about. I had high expectations for this theme, and I felt like it had so many potential, however I don't feel it lived up to it :)

Very honestly, and rather childishly, the only product which made me squeal a little was a jello face mask.. Fair enough, it's still products you can use up, but I was hoping for better...

The only product I am excited about is a Vitamin C serum, since I really should develop some kind of skincare routine before I turn thirty, since now it is very erratic and I am sure my pores don't thank me for that..I was eyeing The Body Shop one for ages, but I guess I will save some money now :) However, the dropper came broken, so I sent an email to MemeBox to ask for a replacement, still waiting for a reply from them. I will keep you updated on the solution.

Then there was a vitamin enriched sunscreen, which I am not sure how useful it is, since even though I should, I only take it out when travelling to the sea, and that happens once in five years or so....

Hand gel sanitizer doesn't really excite me either, though I will be keeping it around at work for my office essential bag I am forming just in case, but I wish they have come up with something better...

I was familiar with koreans liking to put snail essence in their skincare, however, snail slime enriched lip balm sounds rather weird :) But a girl can't never have too many lip balms, and I am reluctantly excited to try this one out :).

Then there was a piece of soap.. I'm not sure how I feel about soaps being in the beauty boxes, I would much rather had a sheet mask, even if at smaller value... I am quite loyal towards Lush soaps, so this does not really thrill me..Although, if you know some good natural soaps without ridiculous shipping price on etsy, or so, please let me know.

And then we had some type of sheet masks, which is suited for dry skin patches and are the size of cotton pads :) That is a little bit weird, but I am thrilled to see if it would work wonders under my eyes...

So to sum up this is not the best box Memebox has ever come up with and if they ever come up with a part two, I don't think I would go for it..

Have you tried any Memeboxes yet? Are you keeping your eye on any? Do let me know in comments bellow :)
